Please help me locate this criminal

If anyone recognizes this “man” please contact myself or Springfield Police Department. Not only did he slam on his brakes to block traffic but he proceeded to jump on top of my truck, punch my windows and doors repeatedly, destroy my headlights, then pulled me out of my truck and assaulted me in the middle of the road for quite some time. A police report has been filed, there are witnesses with dash cam videos, however his vehicle is not registered in his name so tracking him down will be difficult. Please bring justice to erratic drivers like this. I literally can’t even walk based on how severely he assaulted me. Thanks in advance. And to anyone who may say I provoked it, I literally slowed down to let him merge over and he still slammed on his brakes and got out of his truck to assault my vehicle and pull me out and repeatedly attack me.
