As a process server also, some cases are a bit harder to find the defendant and or information so my rates are different from process server work to doing investigations. On one case my client (a dentist from culver city) instead of hiring someone in san francisco, he wanted me to go to personally find and serve the defendant. I am not doing full evictions as the laws have changed, only doing the collections part of it, if you need to remove property and or junk i can provide that also. on auto accidents i canhelp with hit and runs, if the other person didnt have insurance or in some cases are not helping/denying the case. (few months ago i filed a suit against a driver AND named the father in the law suit as well. his daughter was alone she caused the accident. but because he was the sole registered owner of the car i suspended his license as well. my client said the sheriffs couldnt find them to serve them the court documents but i found them very easily in long beach. case settled
