Must be able to: lift up to 75lbs Paint+caulk gaps and cracks Carry trash to dumpster Be on time The ideal candidate is able to do the above and light plumbing (change toilet, sink), Some electrical work (change light fixtures, ceiling fan, exhaust fan,switches and outlets), hang doors, install trim and vinyl plank flooring and/or tile.
