Artspace 32 is a co-operative studio that serves 3-6 artists in a clean, safe modern warehouse compound. We have a private room for rent (long term) and 2 winter studio sublets (through January 2023). 1 - Long term private studio - about 150 sq feet and perfect for a painter or digital artist. Office-like room with cement floor and interior windows that give access to indirect daylight. (Not great for solvent-based work or anything that needs strong ventilation.) ***Pictures #1 and 2. $400/month 2. Winter sublets, ranging from $400 (shared studio larger) to $500 (private studio with optional furniture). ***Picture #3 ($400), Pictures #4-5-6 ($500). **** Personal items and art supplies will be removed, furniture optional. 3. Long term storage also available. All studios include common area (kitchen, bathroom, large work sink ***photo #7), high-speed internet, HVAC, all utilities, and off-street parking. Participate in annual Long Beach open studios every October, holiday party, and other events. 24 hr access but no live-in. Accessibility: low steps to front door, narrow (standard) doorways. About us: we are artists who take art seriously and show locally and internationally. We are painters, sculptors, and digital/film/video artists. ABOUT THIS LISTER Artist and manager of art studio spaces since 2010. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS Long term rental is month to month. First + deposit. 30 days notice required to vacate (for return of deposit). Sublets are paid in full up front for the first 2 months. Same terms as above if extended.
