We primarily manage residential homes up to 30 unit apartments, from Lehi to Ogden. We have been growing year after year and we are in need of Property Inspectors to help inspect and report on property condition and maintenance needs. Responsibilities 1) Perform all inspections and document details, photos, and repairs of occupied and vacant units on behalf of clients 2) Set inspection/maintenance schedule 3) Create work orders for the Maintenance department for repairs noted at the time of each inspection 4) Audit unit keys/access, document dates of inspection and condition, and send inspection documentation to respective clients and internal departments as needed 5) Minor repairs Job Type: Full Time Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Experience: Property maintenance: 1 year (Required) Maintenance: 1 year (Required) Handyman: 1 year (Required) Construction: 1 year (Preferred) Willingness to travel: Work Location: On the road
