We are an REO/Rehab general contractor searching for quality subcontractors to complete various jobs for our company. Including: - Foreclosures - SFRs – Single Family Rentals - Vacant Homes Qualified Contractors ***MUST HAVE $500K WORKERS COMPENSATION AND $1M GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE***. Our main need at this time is for “General” crews able to complete interior/exterior repaints along with “Basic Repairs” needed to bring homes to Marketability and Rentable. Jobs are at a rapid pace with pricing based on volume work. We are also looking for subs such as: - Can do all - Painters - Carpenters - Plumbers - Electricians - Roofers ***** ALL TRADES WELCOME***** Work will be around Little Rock and all surrounding areas.
