I’m a retired senior artist who is living in my Ford e350 conversion van and I am looking for a spot to rent/barter/trade. Just a flat spot, no amenities as I have everything I need. A spot on one of the country lots in Fair Oaks, would be ideal. My family lives nearby and I spend a lot of time with the grandkids. I’m quiet, have no pets, no visitors and you wont know I’m there, for the most part. I paint and I listen to music. Very self-reliant yet quite helpful, if needed. Let’s talk?
