I need to retile a small 5' X 5' bathroom as soon as possible. Remove and discard old tile and lay new tile + grout Toilet and vanity will be removed. Tile is in basement so sits on concrete Owner will provide materials (tile, grout, adhesive) Probably use 12" X 4" marble
