This position is ground level on a fast-growing real estate company. There is a great opportunity for promotion as the company needs change across several properties.
Required knowledge of Plumbing and Electric. and General Carpentry (flooring, sheetrock, paint etc...)
Must be on time and on call min 4 days a week (Min 30hrs per week).
must be organized and willing to learn.
Owning pick-up truck helpful but not required.
Experience is a must, hard work is rewarded.
Must start right away.
