I will be closing my business shortly here due to my health and the fact that I cannot find competent people anymore to be able to run my company without me standing over them and watching every move they make. I have one more job then I'm desperately trying to finish right now. This is primarily an exterior painting job. I am also replacing quite a bit of the siding. I've already started on that process. Generally this is pretty light caulking throughout the entire exterior. I will be applying the majority of the paint with the paint sprayer. Need help with the pressure washing and hand painting where needed. Basically a pretty standard exterior job. Obviously we have to work around the weather just a little bit. You will get paid when the job is done probably the same exact day that we finish. I am paying anywhere between $17 to $20 an hour depending on your experience and your reliability and attendance. There's going to be a lot of times where you're going to be by yourself because I have a lot of medical appointments I have to fit in weekly. If you actually have experience you will know how generally easy this is for a ranch level home. I'm not paying more money than $20 an hour so please don't try to get that out of me. I provide all tools and materials. I even have a refrigerator and a microwave on site. The job is in Greeley near 47th Avenue. You just have to be able to come in work appropriate attire as well as a sack lunch. You will find that I have a very excellent setup of tools and materials. Ideally they should take us about 5 to six working days to complete.
