LVP/LVT Installation
compensation: $/s.f.
Long time local custom home builder looking for an expert in LVP installation to install about 1200 s.f. in a new home. Will be ready in about 2 weeks. You will need all tools and expertise to get the job done quickly, efficiently, and with top quality. OSB will require some prep, doors will need to be undercut, and job will need to be left clean. Pay will be on completion, no deposit up front will be made. You will need to provide a GL certificate, W9, and sub agreement, also WC if you bring anyone else onto the jobsite. The flooring will be provided.
Provide a price/s.f., your name, trade name, qualifications, references, and anything else that might be helpful. If it looks promising we can meet onsite and hopefully finalize an agreement.
