Small Reputable Tree and Landscaping Company Hiring! Driver position: Our team is searching for a qualified person to fill our full time driver position. Must be 24yrs of age, great driving record, experience towing and hauling. Plowing experience is a plus but not necessary. Main duties would include driving to and from job sits (dumping debris, picking up materials, other supplies and parts needed for the job). Additional duties would include general labor while on job site. Additional duties include (digging, running wheel barrels, rock, mulch, walls, pavers, sod, irrigation, drainage) but not limited to such duties. Time on site vs off site is about 50/50 depending on the scope of project. We pay based on competence, knowledge, experience and ability to learn. Although a drivers main job is to drive, any additional things learned along the way will help drive promotion and pay raises. Being a driver is more than driving, its a responsibility. We take our driving positions very serious and are looking for people that are serious about the position and responsibility. General Labor Position: No experience needed but a willingness to show u and learn a must.
