Our shop is looking for highly talented, dedicated, and quality-focused Auto Body Tech to join our team. We work on a wide range of vehicles in our shop. CARS, SUV's, TRUCKS. we also work on light to heavy duty Box trucks. Experience in Box work is a plus. Responsibilities: -Attend daily production meetings -Complete disassembly of the vehicle to examine the damages to plan the repair process. -Works and communicates with others to keep all vehicles on schedule. -Performing complete light to heavy repairs, including structural repairs -Performs quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind. -Makes decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost and cycle time. Experience/Skill Requirements: -Skilled Auto Body Technician -Certification in body repair preferred. -Ability to work in a high volume shop environment -Ability to manage time and workflow of cars -Strong, consistent attention to detail. -Positive, can-do attitude with the desire to work in a team setting
