Full time carpenter / siding installer / stucco installer needed. Can be experienced in any or all of these areas. This is a full-time employee position. Not a sub. Leading company in the exterior business in Collegeville, PA, seeks individuals for full-time positions in carpentry, siding and stucco. Pay rate depends on level of experience. Work all year round. We work on residential homes. We are seeking a successful Roofer/Siding installer/ or Carpenter candidate who has a combination of qualifications and practical experience including: * An associate degree, an apprenticeship in carpentry or other experience * Experience with windows, gutters, framing * Experience installing vinyl siding or James Hardie * Experienced with using hand and power tools such as drills, chisels, sanders, saws and nail guns * Knowledge of building regulations and codes to be adhered to MUST HAVE * candidate must have reliable transportation preferably a truck * must have your own tools * must have clean driving record * must be able to pass the background check * must make safety a priority. OSHA 30 Construction a plus This position will be a combination of working with the team to do siding/stucco/ and carpentry work after stucco tear off, potentially doing roofing work (if you have that experience) and tackling punch list items where you go the customer's home and finish up the punch list in order to close out the job. VALID DRIVERS LICENSE IS ABSOLUTELY A MUST. This position requires a lot of driving. In need of someone who is able to follow specific directions but is also capable working independently. Basic knowledge of exterior work or carpentry extremely helpful and useful but onsite job training provided for one who is new to the field and eager and willing to learn. WANT TO INTERVEIW? You can just show up. Bring resume. Upon arrival, knock on office door. Turn off Germantown Pike, you will see an orange construction cone on the stones at the driveway entrance. Go into the back.
