Description
Responsibilities:
Managing and working with on-site personal and 3rd party vendors to maintain 8-10 restaurant locations in Greater San Antonio and Austin Area. Must have the ability to supervise a facilities team and coordinate repairs with 3rd party vendors including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Cleaning, Maintenance etc...
Anticipated Schedule:
Monday – Friday– and 24hr availability for emergencies only.

Qualifications/ Job Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Basic experience and knowledge of building maintenance/repairs of paint, plumbing, tile, electrical & equipment repair
Working vehicle that can transport supplies, tools and equipment
Able to travel between locations in different cities (travel may vary in frequency and duration)
Supervisor experience
Work well with others
Basic computer skills
