I have a baby blue quaker parrot named Nubby. Nubby is about 5 weeks old, he is still being fed 3 times a day by hand. Nubby was over preened by his mom so he is missing his toes from one foot and on the other he only has 2 toes. This does not stop Nubby from exploring, flying, eating or any other birdie fun. He is up for adoption with a fee. He has a very big personalty already he is very vocal and is starting to know his name.
