Contractors needed for our rental properties in the Memphis, TN area. Looking for licensed and insured contractors for: *Apartment and home get ready *Painters that can complete a proposal to repair sheetrock, paint interior/exterior *Contractors that can run maintenance tickets to our many properties in the Shelby County, TN area to: *Repair garbage disposals *Change locks *Provide a proposal to complete a full get ready on a house and or/apartment *Complete minor /major repairs at the rental properties Five years maintenance experience required, must be a licensed contractor, supply proof of liability insurance, complete aW-9 for tax purposes, must have own tools and transportation to each job hired to complete. Must have access to internet to receive work orders, be able to contact tenants for appointment to inspect requested work, submit proposal for approval, must be able to purchase your own supplies for the jobs, being prompt and responsible is a definite must for our tenants. Work orders to be emailed for payment on Fridays after work is confirmed to be completed. This is not a 9-5 job, we are looking for contractors that can help us take outstanding care of our tenants, rental properties and investment properties.
