Brooks Chandler. Brooks Chandler is widely known as one of Lakeland's premier Real Estate agents in central Florida for many years. After spending most of her adult life living in Lakeland, Brooks will be relocating to another part of the state to enjoy her retirement and spend her well earned time closer to her loving family. Brooks is a strong supporter of local businesses and local artists. Brooks frequents small retail shops such as Brookes Pottery, Dixieland Relic's, Polk Museum of Art, Loyd's of Lakeland, Bits of Art, Babe's Shoes and Apparel, Rafa Natural, Scout and Tag, Traditions Unlimited, The Cat's Me-Wow and many others. Brooks also loved to attend and support community events such as Mayfaire by-the-Lake, Arts on the Park, The Fancy Flea and many other annual and one time art exhibits, home décor and craft/fair events. Brooks home is filled with items purchased from these local stores and unique one of a kind treasures that she has accumulated over all these wonderful years. This ad is for an "onsite" estate sale and is not an online sale. We are unable to answer every question on pricing or description due to time and not always being onsite. We look forward to seeing you at the sale. The door will open promptly at 9:00 AM each day. This is a HOA community and they DO NOT ALLOW parking on the side of any street. Parking for EVERYONE attending the sale is to be at the clubhouse parking lot located at the end of Lake Carolyn Cir on the right, within a designated parking space. All vehicles in violation of parking rules are subject to be towed at the owners expense. We hope to see our regulars and meet some new people as we assist Brooks Chandler in lightening her load to move to the next chapter of her life!
