Looking to make some extra cash for the holidays…… Global Tactical Security is immediately hiring for unarmed security guards to work various events, parties, and concerts. Responsibilities: Accept overall responsibility for the safety and security of all guests and employees on the property by conducting the appropriate patrol & post assigned by the Head of Security. Patrol designated areas and remain alert at all times throughout the entire shift and assigned post. Work with the Head of Security and security team to ensure adequate coverage of the property. Identify potential security risks and respond accordingly and promptly. Respond to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy. Assist employees and visitors with any concerns they might have. Escalate emergency situations to law enforcement as needed when needed. Qualifications: Applicants must be at least 21 years old. Possess a valid driver's license or state ID. Have reliable transportation & working cell phone Be willing to obtain an ATC Responsible Vendor Security Permit if hired, if one isn’t obtained already. Previous security-related work experience is helpful but not required. Training is available for the right candidates. Ability to stay level headed and respond quickly in stressful situations. Ability to perform physical activities for an extended period of time such as walking and standing. Be available to work 4-6 hour shifts, days, evenings, nights, overnight, weekend availability mostly but an occasional weekday or holiday event occurs.
