Exceptional Building Services is looking for a part-time/full-time employee for a leadership position to start ASAP! We are seeking dependable individuals with an eye for detail, self-motivated, trustworthy and reliable who can work independently. The job is Monday through Friday, No weekends. Get an additional 5 paid work hours a week for free, on top of your actual worked hours, every week. We offer flexible evening and (overnight or early morning hours), perfect for someone with other employment or family obligations. We offer paid training, Plus $750 bonus after completing your first 3 months of employment. You will be working independently and in charge of your own sites. These sites include offices, retail stores, banks, and commercial buildings. In order to be considered for the position you must have a car, you must have a smartphone and you must pass a background check. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping & vacuuming of floors and rug/carpet, cleaning of restrooms (toilets, urinals, sinks, & mirrors), cleaning, dusting & trash removal.
