Electric Blue Acaras to rehome

Description

I have electric blue acara (EBA) juveniles to rehome. My EBAs have hatched a few groups of eggs over the last few months. EBAs are cichlids that are relatively peaceful and can be kept with other freshwater community fish that are too large for the EBAs to consider prey (however, they do become territorial while spawning and raising fry - if you intend to breed them, they should be kept in a species-only tank). They appreciate sandy substrates because they enjoy digging. I keep mine with live plants and have not had any issues with the fish damaging them. I feed all of my aquariums a variety of flake, pellet, live, frozen, and freeze-dried foods and the acaras are not picky! These are great centerpiece fish with tons of personality, beautiful coloration, and interesting habits. They require at least 30 gallons per pair. I've included pictures of 2 of my adults - they are not for sale but intended to provide a reference as the juveniles have not yet developed their striking colors. Rehoming fee: $5 per fish Porch pickup in West Des Moines. Thanks for looking!
