Job Statement: Supply/Maintenance position plays an integral role in operational support of the facility and central supply. This is a full-time position and requires a schedule of 40+ hours per week. Core hours are from 9:30am to 6:30pm M-F with Saturday hours as directed. On-call for facility related maintenance emergencies, hours my vary for project completion. Hours subject to change with notice. Beginning in 2023, hours may change to accommodate our future urgent care model. Hours and days would change from 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM T-F and Saturday from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. COVID-19 Considerations: All patients, staff, and providers are to wear a mask while in clinic. We follow OHA (Oregon Health Authority) recommendations and requirements for healthcare facilities as far as vaccine requirements go. Primary Responsibility: General warehouse duties: receiving and delivery of products, stocking of clinic common areas. This position is also responsible for providing basic maintenance, repairs, and cleanup of the facility and central supply. The opening and/or closing of the clinic and central supply. Customer service for staff and patients. Other duties as directed by Facility Director. Essential Functions: -Receives products into warehouse. -Fills requisitions and makes deliveries -May perform data entry tasks as directed by Inventory Control Coordinator (ICC). -Stocks and organizes warehouse shelves and vaccine refrigerator/freezers at clinic. -Stock and restock supply at clinic and central with general supplies (janitorial rooms, conference rooms, break rooms and rest rooms.) -Customer service (patient transport, and deliveries) -General maintenance duties - basic maintenance, repair, lot cleanup, recycling, watering of plants in landscape.) Basic knowledge of plumbing, electric, carpentry, painting, etc -Works with outside vendors as directed by ICC and Facility Director -Maintain a clean and organized work area at the clinic and central -Instrument pick up and sterilization -Covers maintenance position essential function when required -Other duties as assigned Qualifications: -HS diploma or GED -2+ years’ experience in inventory and distribution services, healthcare setting preferred -General maintenance skills desired -Basic experience with MS-Office and Outlook software. -Effective time management skills -Ability to communicate effectively: orally and in writing. -Attention to detail -Ability to problem solve -Ability to work well independently and as a team -Excellent customer service skills. -Good communication with team -Keeping work areas clean and organized Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Physical and Mental Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
