We are looking for professional and reliable Subcontractors for the upcoming 2022-2023 Winter Season. Lucia Landscaping Inc. currently has commercial sites available for contract in Port Huron, MI. Requirements: • Must be available 24/7 with a commitment to service EVERY time it snows- days, nights, weekends and holidays • Must have your own plow truck, 2 skid steers and/or equipment that meets company standards and requirements • Minimum 3 years snow plowing and ice management experience • Valid Driver's license and in good standing • Required to carry General/Comprehensive Liability Insurance & Worker's Compensation Insurance • Must own smartphone and/or tablet to use an app for service records Responsibilities: • Be aware of all weather and precipitation activity in your assigned territory and make arrangements to service site • Render Snow & Ice Management services to predetermined route on a as-needed basis • Clear all sites on route to meet or exceed Lucia Landscaping standards • Attention to detail while providing excellent snow removal services while following proper safety guidelines. • Keep detailed reports of your sites, times, products, etc and submit paperwork within 24 hours after a snow event. This is a 1099 Contractor position - no cash will be paid.
