Musician/songwriter looking for people to jam with / record

Hello! like the title says - I am musician and songwriter, 30 years old. I used to play in bands back home in Seattle/Portland and have done extensive touring - moved out to D.C to finish school and focus on my career but have been wanting to get back into playing music. When I was gigging it was generally as the drummer, but I also play piano and some guitar more of a writer than a shredder though. I have over 20 songs written but recording is not really in my skill set so would love if someone was able to help with demoing and in general it would be nice to have someone help with arrangements and hear songs with more instruments. What I would like most is a strong guitar player who is also able to record/demo, preferably someone who is also a songwriter / arranger. All that said, I am also open to collaborating on brand new material or just jamming. I have guitars both electric and acoustic as well as an electric piano and a Nord electro 2 but my drums are currently back at my parents' house in Seattle. Some influences and music that I love: The Strokes, Yo La Tengo, Elliott Smith, Beach House, Arctic Monkeys, Dirty Projectors, Velvet Underground, Beatles, Beach Boys, Fiona Apple, Daniel Johnston - many others I'm sure Im forgetting. Let me know if you are interested maybe we can get something going.
