Need handyman with irrigation experience

Need handyman to help with an irrigation problem at a doggie day care. The last people we have hired have not shown up on time, or oversold their capabilities. This isn't a complicated job, but it is important. The owner of a dog day care needs the irrigation under a subfloor fixed. When they spray it off now it doesn't drain properly. The work will possibly need to be done after hours. Pay for this job is $60 an hour cash paid at the end of the day/night. We will set up a time to look at the project and give a diagnosis. Pay for this will be $150. You need enough experience in drainage, irrigation, and flooring to diagnose and complete the job.
