We are hiring a cleaning supervisor at a school that we handle. This is for the night shift which begins at 9:00p. Duties will include: -Regular Cleaning at the school: cleaning classrooms, cafeteria, office area, trash removal, running the autoscrubber, cleaning restrooms... -Quality Control: Checking the quality of cleaning of the school....making sure no garbage is left behind, floors cleaned properly, bathrooms cleaned properly, etc...reporting when employees are performing well and when they are not so that they may receive additional training -Scheduling: Assisting with scheduling staff during the week...making sure that all areas of cleaning in the school are covered during the week. Also assisting with scheduling for cleaning at extra school events -Supplies: making sure that all chemicals and supplies needed for the job are in place and replenishing when needed -Hiring new Staff: assisting in interviewing new cleaning staff and assist with training Requirements: -At least 3 years of experience in the commercial cleaning field -Night shift availability and some daylight availability as well -Personable and friendly demeanor...hard worker, lead by example, willing to take initiative, make suggestions for improving current systems -All Criminal and Child Clearances must be up to date or you must be willing to have these checked by us -Responsible, Work well under pressure, Must follow school guidelines Overall, we have a great bunch of cleaners who are waiting to welcome you onboard and follow YOUR direction!
