Here Here Market is an online marketplace for food enthusiasts to discover and buy specialty products from chefprenuers, small batch artisans and local product makers, shipping nationwide. We are based in Chicago and are already expanding our creator-base to other Midwestern states in our first year of business. Temp Fulfillment Personnel/ Packer - (Temporary, Full-Time) Holiday Season We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Fulfillment Personnel/Packer to join our growing team. As a customer focused e-commerce company, efficient order fulfillment and quality packaging is our primary goal, especially during the holiday season. In this role, you will be responsible for fulfillment with the objective to provide the best customer experience possible. Responsibilities include daily execution of fulfillment tasks, while maintaining efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of warehousing procedures and order packaging, an excellent eye for detail (organized is your middle name) and desires an active role that includes physical work (e.g. order fulfillment and packing). Type of Position: Temporary, Full-Time (Holiday Season) Responsibilities: Reading customer orders Locating merchandise and inspecting for damage, flaws, irregularities, expiration dates Picking products from their designated location accurately per each order Packing orders for shipment with speed, accuracy and to ensure safe delivery Packing/gift wrapping orders (as needed) in an aesthetically pleasing manner Following company packing procedures and standards Organizing and stocking inventory efficiently for fulfillment productivity Keeping shipping materials/warehouse supplies organized Openly communicating product inventory and fulfillment supplies levels to minimize stockouts Meeting and exceeding daily deadlines and productivity goals Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and performing any general warehouse duties as assigned Additional duties as assigned Requirements: Desire for an active role that includes fulfillment activities Previous experience in a high volume e-commerce fulfillment role is a PLUS Strong interpersonal and communication skills Positive, problem-solving attitude Ability to follow directions clearly and high attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work in shifts Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift small boxes Previous experience gift wrapping COVID-19 considerations: All employees are required to have proof of vaccination. This position is in-person at our Chicago office and warehouse with an expectation for 40 hours/week. Primary work days are M-F with flexibility for weekend work as holiday business needs increase.
