need a rescuer for this rescued dog

I have another post in hopes of being more direct. I rescued a dog who clearly haas been starved and neglected from the size of the hair mats I had to cut off and his literal skeleton frame. I have Never seen a dog this skinny and bones protruding this much and still be alive. I do not have the skills to help him more than I have. I have talked to Dave Wright and he needs money donations asap and was not able to take this poor dog. He has to be rescued again he is not just a dog needing a home. He needs nursing and someone who knows what dog behaviors mean because i feel he is probably in a great deal of pain. I can only afford to put him down so I am at the end of help I could give. Please don’t text me asking for pictures this isn’t that kind of situation. Elizabeth
