Country band + some rock

Currently playing solo 1-4 times a week but really looking to get back in a solid, full band lineup. Tried to play again recently with my old band, but they aren’t as motivated as I’d like them to be so I’m going a different route and starting fresh. I’ve played around VA/NC for the past 14 years or so. I know a lot of alternative and rock but I want to do rock and country in this project, mainly country. 90s to newer with some classics sprinkled in. I’m 35 years old and ideally will be seeking people 25-45ish with pro gear, solid presence on stage and self motivated teammates that do their homework/practice. Im not interested in people who are in 6 other bands and too busy to play with our group. Im not doing the build-a-band workshop at the event. Ive done that before. F all that stress. Also not looking to run our own sound. We will only seek offers with included sound/light budgets. Looking to play larger stages and events around Hampton Roads 1-4x a month depending on the offers. I’m Joe, 35, male, grew up in Louisiana. I’ve been around Va beach since 2006. I am a solid vocalist and a rhythm guitarist. I’m looking for all core members at this point. Vocal capabilities will surely help but not required. I’m pretty easygoing and can get along with anyone but I’ll be honest… if you can’t sing well, I’d rather have no backup vocals. Currently playing/learning stuff like Morgan Wallen, Cory Kent, Jason Aldean, Brad Paisley, Brooks & Dunn, Jon Pardi, Luke Combs etc.
