Housekeeping and Childcare Needed

Hello. Two families living in the same neighborhood here in Gainesville, GA are looking to share someone who would provide childcare and house cleaning services. Each family needs approximately 15-20 hours of help per week and the pay is $20-$22.50 per hour, paid in cash. Total hours per week = 30-40. We would prefer a mature person and preferably someone who speaks Spanish. We also prefer someone who loves children. We have three kids ages 6, 3, 1.
