We manage investment properties in the low and hi desert. We currently have a couple remodel projects and a few lined up for the next 3 months. We have more projects than we can handle at once so we are looking for skilled contractors to pick up some work. Pay is $40-$60/hr. Mainly based on work being done and whether your are licensed and have your company. We are looking for installers not GCs to sub work out. Send your experience and contact info. We will be in touch.
