For our property on Clancy Lane in Rancho Mirage, we are looking to hire a full time Landscaper/Handyman. We will provide a W-2. For insurance and safety purposes, employee must be allowed to work legally in the US. Understanding English is definitely a plus. We are looking for someone serious to replace our previous employee who stayed with us for 10 years. It is a long term job and full time position. (5days/week, 7 to 8 hours a day)
Landscaping job includes : mowing, trimming, irrigation system management, air blowing, and pressure washing.
Handyman job includes : repairs/maintenance of the property in general.
