Looking to immediately fill position for Sealcoater and Line Striping Foreman. Attendance and punctuality are extremely important. See below for details: QUALIFICATIONS: · 2 Years’ Experience in Both Fields (Required) · Valid Driver’s License (Required) · US Work Authorization (Required) · High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred) · PUNCTUAL- Must Arrive at Work at the Designated Start Time (Required) · Willing to Work Days, Weekends, and Occasional Nights. (Required) · Ability to Lift 50lbs (Required) · Applicant Must be Self Disciplined, have a Desire to Learn and Be Trained, and Work Diligently under Time Constraints. JOB DESCRIPTION: · Layout and install pavement markings on parking lots, warehouses, and roadways according to specifications and other various requirements. · Calculate Field Measurements using Engineered Plans and/or Google Earth. · Track and Record Quantities of Pavement Marking on Each Project. · Install Signage, Wheel Stops, RPM’s, Hot Crack Fill, and ADA Mats. · Safely Apply Sealcoat Material with the Use of Spray Wand, Brooms, and Squeegee. · Cleaning and Prepping Sites Prior to Sealcoat Being Applied. · Oversee the Execution of Work, to Ensure that Laborers are scheduled and Complete Projects within Contract Confines. · Rectify any Deficiencies on a Project. · Help Manage Customer and Public Expectation. Provide the Highest Level of Customer Service. · Must be Willing to be Flexible with to Perform other Activities within the Company: Asphalt Patching, Asphalt Paving, and Grade Work. JOB DETAILS: · $18-$25 Per Hour. · Full Time Position. · Yearly Raises and Bonuses are Available. - 2 Weeks off every Christmas - paid (after 90 days of employment)
