XGD Systems is seeking drivers/ laborer. Our group of companies is one of North America’s leading contractors in the restoration of golf courses and drainage. The successful candidates will have: • Valid Driver’s License • Must be 21 years of age or older • Good driving record • Be able to understand and follow DOT light duty transportation requirements • Ability to understand and follow traffic rules • Knowledge of defensive driving techniques • Navigation app, GPS and route map reading skills • Ability to lift and move heavy items safely • Vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting • Dependable • Resourceful • Excellent communication skills • Extensive travel is required • Positive professional attitude and appearance is most important to our clients and staff • Setting priorities and the ability to work well with others as well as independently • Understand the importance of timelines and schedules • General Laborer Responsibilities • Operate construction vehicles. • Use power tools. • Haul goods from the receiving area. • Maintain a clean work environment. • Some experience in landscaping/construction is welcome. • Ability to do physical labor, some activities include, shoveling, raking, digging, laying sod, installing drainage • Stamina and strength to perform manual labor. • Excellent hand-eye-coordination skills • A high school qualification or equivalent is preferred.
