Need knowledgeable 2001 Chrysler "brain" help

I have a 2001 Chrysler Town and Country that has a "brain" problem. I need someone who is able to fix the problem or advise me how to fix it. Nothing electrical is working and it is continually draining the battery. Can anyone help? Please!
