Responsibilities: - Be on time at 6:30a - Remove old insulation and attic cleanup. - Measure and cut sections of insulation to the proper length. - Install insulation properly, using proper materials and tools. - Use common hand tools such as box cutters, scissors, saws, and staple guns. - Safe and proper use of industrial vacuums and blowers - Ability to wear respirator for extended periods of time - All aspects of removal and installation of Ducting - All aspects of removal and installation of Radiant and Vapor Barrier Rodent Proofing - Sanitation Qualifications / Requirements: - Previous insulation experience is a plus. - A valid WA driver’s license (with a good driving record); - Ability to use a staple gun, hammer, utility knife and work on scaffolding or ladders. Ability to lift in excess of 75 lbs and ability to crawl in small spaces (i.e. attics) - Regular attendance is required. - The ability to access through a 22"x30" opening - The ability to safely climb and descend ladders or attic stairs - The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces - The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly while onsite (respirator and mask) - COMPETITIVE PAY & GREAT BENEFITS! - Bi-weekly paydays - Company Issued Tools and Protective Gear - Established Program for Advancement - Medical Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - 401K
