Beautiful, sweet Kauai pup needs a foster or furever home

After more than two months of waiting in a shelter that is 200% over capacity, Leilani is joining Diamond's Friends Pet Rescue from the island of Kauai. She is looking for a foster or adoptive home in Orange County upon her arrival later this week! This beautiful girl is 35lbs, spayed, fully vaccinated, and is around 6 years old. She's an Airedale Terrier mix who is good with other dogs her size or larger and is sweet with people. Leilani is playful and athletic. She does great in the car and is a staff and volunteer favorite. She's also been a frequent participant in the shelter's field trip program (most of the included pictures are of her adventures through this program). She would love a home that enjoys runs, long walks, or hikes. We would not recommend her to a home with cats or dogs under 10lbs. Please contact us if you are interested in adopting or fostering.
