Rehearsal space available for acoustic music

Hi! I manage a church hall that has a stage set up for music. There are times throughout the week and weekend when the hall is empty and am offering it up for use as a practice space. Please note that acoustic instruments are preferred. Rent is $35 an hour and there is no alcohol allowed on the property.
