My yard can be easily accessed front and back and someone that owns a truck and all necessary equipment would be ideal. It can be done within two hours if you come equipped and complete it in a single trip.
The total is $25 on completion and requires mowing front and back for $15, as well as weed eating and clean-up for $10.
There will be other things that you can help with also over time as long as the communication is good.
