General Maintenance Position Hourly rate is $20.00 to $22.00 DOE We are a property management company representing a mid-size homeowner's association (HOA) in the south Orange County area. We have an opening for a general maintenance worker. OVERVIEW - Perform various preventative maintenance in common areas - Perform pool and other recreation area maintenance - Perform regular cleanup of common areas - Perform setup and tear down of special events - The schedule is 6:00am to 2:30pm Wednesday through Sunday. Successful candidates must be able to work both Saturday and Sundays. QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or GED. Trade school certificate a plus. * Preferred - A minimum of 6 months experience performing general maintenance work using hand tools. Willing to train the right person. * Must possess a valid California Driver's License and a clean driving record. * Must be able to read and write in English. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus. * Hourly rate is $20.00 to $22.00 DOE
