Drummer Seeks Project, Open To Genre.

I'm relatively new to the area and looking to get back into playing. I have experience with live performance, recording, touring, sight-reading, improv, electronics, and sound tech. I love odd and unusual music like They Might Be Giants, video game soundtracks, Dream Theater, Dresden Dolls in their quick-change era. I also love really powerful music like big band jazz and Irish punk. I've also played country, techno, metal... sometimes all in the same night. I have played for 4,000-seat theatres and dingy leather bars and everything in between. My three main criteria for a project are working with skilled people, making money, and playing for an engaged and appreciative audience; I'm looking for two out of three. I'm in my late 30s, have my own car and gear. Depending on conditions and equipment, I might be able to host; open to negotiations. Hoping I can look forward to something interesting.
