This person must be energetic, easy to work with, possess excellent communication skills and be ready to work 10 plus hours a day. The earnings opportunity for this position is roughly $40,000 - $45,000 annually. Job Responsibilities: Managing Daily Roofing Replacements from start to finish. Communicating and managing Homeowners expectations on the day of the build. Take Inventory and verify material order. Manage the labor crew. Taking pictures throughout the build process. Manage the cleanup process at the end of the day. Complete walk through with customer at the end of build while limiting any punch out items.
