Job Summary: The Warehouse Manager is responsible for safely and effectively maintaining the organization and cleanliness of all materials and equipment in our Warehouse. Warehouse Managers must have a valid license and experience with driving flatbed trailers and small equipment such as forklifts. Knowledge of commercial roofing materials and equipment is helpful but not required. Primary Responsibilities • COMPLY WITH ALL COMPANY SAFETY REQUIREMENTS • Provide general assistance around the shop, including material tracking and coding, material organization and job prepping, and equipment handling • Must have a valid license with clean driving record and experience with driving small flatbed trailers • Maintain company trucks: stocking vehicle with necessary materials, cleaning inside & out, performing vehicle inspections checklists when required • Load and unload delivery trucks as needed • Clean and maintain equipment and materials as directed • Make sure workers and technicians have the tools necessary to complete their assigned tasks per Service Manager directives. • Assist with delivering and carrying materials/equipment to and from warehouse. • Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs. regularly including ladders. • Ability to follow directions effectively and efficiently. • Completes all other duties as assigned per Project & Service Managers • Performs work that meets or exceeds company standards Qualified candidates are eligible for industry standard hourly rates based on experience plus bonus opportunities.
