Hello, I need to hire someone to act as a witness this afternoon. Here is what is needed: Timeframe: 75-90 minutes Location: Candler 1- Arrive at a residence in your own transportation 2 - Stay with your car on the street while a child custody transfer takes place 3 - Document the transfer (video) from the street 4 - Immediately after, turn over video and sign a release The pay is high for someone who understands evidence certification.
