I have 2 rental properties. I need someone who will mow 1x, sometimes 2x per month. I need above ground sprinklers put all around the house and a timer setup to keep the soil around the foundation evenly moist to prevent foundation issues. You'd need to move the sprinklers and put them back in place each time. I don't need the entire yard watered, I'm only concerned about the foundations. When responding please indicate your relevant experience and your fees. I'll pay for all equipment myself.
