Matt. 36. 6’8. Never arrested. No hard drugs. Two well behaved kittens. In 3-5 months my lease is up. I’ll be moving to Knoxville after a couple months of being in Cape Girardeau. I paint, landscape, demo, detail home & vehicles, organize. I’m just a handy guy to have around. 100% self sufficient. I’m looking to have a discounted rent traded for labor. I tend to do my own thing and get along with everybody. Never have a problem finding work, ever. I can’t sit still so it’s a must that I work. I don’t surround myself with toxic people or complainers. The things I’ve been through most people would never consider blessings. I have my medical card and carry my 9mm everywhere.
