Our Food Hall is looking for the right person to join our team! Job duties:
Wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware and plates, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles.
• The careful use of the dish-washing machine, maintaining it in a hygienic condition
• To ensure the safe and hygienic use of the freight elevator, waste disposal, and dish washer
• Movement of food and beverage deliveries to their appropriate storage area
• Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, both in working methods and personal hygiene
• Close liaison with the Chefs, Dining Hall staff and other Kitchen Porters
• Such other duties as may be specified from time to time by the Head of Department
• To report any damage/shortages and equipment faults to the Supervisor
