I provide a wide range of services like handyman (small things around the house) and to do lists. My services include: electrical, plumbing, decks, windows, doors, drywall, paint, door hardware, cabinets, appliances, tile, flooring, clean up, and anything that you might be having an issue or problem with that you don’t have time to fix or just want someone else to do. I also do full remodels of kitchen and bath, bump outs, turning garage into living quarters, and ADU (accessory dwelling unit) Call or email me. I will come out and give you a bid. There are 2 ways I structure the work: 1. Time & material that means I work on an hourly basis on a set rate or 2.
