Remodel Demolition tech needed: Must have: Valid Drivers license Reliable transportation Sobriety Skills: Lift HEAVY weight repeatedly Knowledge of general hand tools Knowledge of working a drill Cleanliness Polite to home owners Available to work from 8-6. 2-3 days per week currently. This is a contract “1099” as needed offer. This is not an offer for w2 employment and will not lead to w2 employment. $20/hour for someone who qualifies with all of the above. Pay is based on reliability, skill level with tools, professionalism and the intensity and consistency of moving heavy construction debris like tile/wood/carpet flooring, broken concrete pieces, dry wall, tubs, shower surrounds, cabinets, refrigerators, ovens, electrical fireplace, kitchen islands, wood debris, furniture and more. First job starts Wednesday 11/9/22
