Needed: Rehab contractors or crews for consistent work

Looking for skilled guys and/or crews for consistent work in the Tulsa area. Must be experienced highly skilled and reliable professional who does good quality work at an efficient pace. The projects are rental property rehabs and turns / turnkey work on vacant homes, mostly handyman-type work. It's helpful if you're a do it all type (or can do must things), but we'll outsource specialty/heavy work items to specific trades as needed on projects too. You work independently at your own pace with no one breathing down your back and get paid as soon as you finish a project, but timelines need to be relatively quick (but realistic/manageable). I can buy materials or you can buy materials if you prefer. Ideally this will be a great fit for everyone, you make good money, and want to do many repeat projects like this too.
